FAQs

1. What is L-Glutamine and what does it do?
L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid the body uses for protein synthesis, immune support, and gut integrity. It helps support recovery, digestive health, and maintaining lean muscle during stress.

2. How much L-Glutamine should I take per day?
Typical supplemental doses range from 5 g to 10 g per day. Because yours are capsules, you may need multiple capsules to reach the desired amount. Follow the label’s directions and consult your healthcare provider for exact dosing.

3. When is the best time to take L-Glutamine?
Common timings include:

After workouts (to support recovery)

Between meals (to support gut health)

Before bed (for overnight recovery)

It can also be divided into multiple doses throughout the day.

4. Can L-Glutamine help with muscle recovery and soreness?
Yes. Because glutamine is used during periods of stress (exercise, illness), supplementing can help reduce muscle breakdown, support recovery, and decrease soreness, especially during high training loads.

5. Is this product safe for long-term use?
Yes — L-Glutamine is well-studied and generally safe at recommended doses for long-term use in healthy individuals. If you have medical conditions or take medications, always consult your healthcare provider first.

6. Are there side effects I should know about?
Most people tolerate L-Glutamine well. Occasional mild digestive discomfort (e.g. bloating) may occur. If you experience adverse effects, reduce your dose or discontinue and speak with a professional.

7. Can I take L-Glutamine with other supplements or protein powders?
Yes. It’s often stacked with protein powders, BCAAs, creatine, or electrolytes. Because it’s an amino acid, it complements rather than conflicts with most supplements.

8. Can L-Glutamine support gut health and immunity?
Yes. L-Glutamine is a preferred fuel for intestinal cells and immune cells. Consuming it can help support gut barrier function, reduce intestinal permeability, and support immune balance.

9. Does taking L-Glutamine interfere with natural glutamine production?
Supplemental glutamine in normal doses does not suppress your body’s natural production. The body regulates amino acid levels tightly; moderate supplementation is generally safe and effective.

10. Why choose your L-Glutamine capsules over powders or cheaper options?
Capsules offer convenience (no mixing, easy dosing) and portability. Our capsules are high-purity, third-party tested, free from additives, and manufactured under GMP standards, so you know exactly what you are taking.
