MEDICINAL INGREDIENT: Psyllium (Plantago ovata) from Husk. Each dose (5.95 g) contains 3.4 g of Psyllium (Plantago ovata) from Husk.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Acesulfame Potassium, Aspartame, Allura Red AC(FD&C Red #40) Amaranth, Brilliant Blue (FD&C Blue #1) Citric acid, FD&C Yellow 6, Malic Acid, Mixed Berry Flavour, Sorbitol.

PHENYLKETONURICS: Contains phenylalanine. Sweetened with aspartame.

DIRECTIONS - General: Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects observed 12-24 hours after the first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Minimum daily dose may be increased, up to the maximum daily dose, until desired effect is obtained.

CHILDREN (6 TO 12 YEARS): Mix 1/2 rounded teaspoon (2.98 g) into a 250 ml (8 oz) glass of cool water or juice up to a maximum 3 times daily. Stir briskly (stir with fork) and drink immediately. Drink a full glass (250 ml or 8 ounces) of liquid with each dose. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
