MEDICINAL INGREDIENT: Psyllium (Plantago ovata) from Husk. Each dose (5.95 g) contains 3.4 g of Psyllium (Plantago ovata) from Husk. Each gram of this product contains 0.6 g of Psyllium (Plantago ovata) from Husk.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Acesulfame Potassium, Aspartame, FD&C Red #40, Citric acid, FD&C Yellow 6, Malic Acid, Pink Lemonade Flavour, Sorbitol, Maltodextrin.

PHENYLKETONURICS: Contains phenylalanine. Sweetened with aspartame.

Contraindications: Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Do not use if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate. Do not use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product.

Known adverse reaction(s): Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur following inhaled and/or ingested psyllium; in which case, discontinue use. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating. Store between 15° and 30°. Protect product from humidity. Filled by weight, not volume, may settle.

DIRECTIONS - General: Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects observed 12-24 hours after the first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Minimum daily dose may be increased, up to the maximum daily dose, until desired effect is obtained.

CHILDREN (6 TO 12 YEARS): Mix 1/2 rounded teaspoon (2.98 g) into a 250 ml (8 oz) glass of cool water or juice up to a maximum 3 times daily. Stir briskly (stir with fork) and drink immediately. Drink a full glass (250 ml or 8 ounces) of liquid with each dose. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
