How to Use

DIRECTIONS: ADULTS (18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER): 1-2 well rounded teaspoons (4.2g-8.4g) into at least 250 ml of water or preferred beverage. Add to soft food (hot or cold). Stir briskly until dissolved. Take (2) hours before or after taking other medications or natural products since the absorption of these may be delayed. One to two (1-2) well rounded teaspoons, up to 3 times daily.
