If you are experiencing a sudden change in bowl habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or have failed to defecate following the use of a laxative product, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. For use at more than 5g per dose, if you have diabetes, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.

How to Use

DIRECTIONS: ADULTS (18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER): 1-2 level teaspoons (2.5g-5.0g) into at least 250 ml of water or preferred beverage. Add to soft food (hot or cold). Stir briskly until dissolved. Take (2) hours before or after taking other medications or natural products since the absorption of these may be delayed. One to two (1-2) level teaspoons, up to 3 times daily.

COOKING AND BAKING: Add desired amount directly to food as it is prepared. Use in moist foods or recipes for best results.
