RECOMMENDED DOSE (Adults): As Digestive enzyme; to reduce gas production: 1 Tablet(s) 1 - 20 time(s) per day. Take with a first bite of food/meal, up to 20 tablets per day. Adults: To Prevent Gastrointestinal Intolerance: 2 Tablet(s) 1 - 10 time(s) per day. Take with a first bite of food/meal, up to 20 tablets per day.

CAUTIONS: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.

If you have diabetes, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
